On Point works with best of class contractors in the area and can manage a wide array of services for your home and save you time and money. In addition, we can inspect your home on a regular basis to ensure no issues have occurred while you are away.
Upon homeowner’s departure for the season:

- Hiring & Supervision of Fall Clean-Up Vendor
- Hiring & Supervision of Pool Winterization Vendor
- Hiring & Supervision of Snow Removal Vendor
While homeowner’s are away:
- Weekly inspection of your property to ensure:
- 24/7 Emergency Response
- Property is secure
- All systems are operating properly
- Temperature setting is adequate
- All drains are flowing (inside/out)
- Supervision of snow removal vendor
Prior to homeowner’s arrival for the season:
- Hiring & Supervision of Spring Clean-up Vendor
- Pool Opening
- Hiring & Supervision of Interior Spring Cleaning Vendor
- Hiring & Supervision of Carpet Cleaning Vendor
- Hiring & Supervision of Gutter cleaning Vendor

Management of Vendors
Homeowners can be assured that the hiring of all contractors will be done in a professional manner and that protects YOU, the Homeowner. On Point requires that all vendors have insurance coverage. Upon completion of the work, On Point will inspect the work to ensure it has been performed as agreed upon prior to the Homeowner making payment to the vendor.
While On Point will serve as the professional management agent on your behalf, the contract for services will be between the vendor and homeowner.
For elected services, On Point will provide a maximum of two bids to ensure pricing is competitive. On Point can also manage existing contractors that the Homeowner may already utilize.
Pricing
During the initial consultation, homeowners can select the services that they would like to have included. Monthly pricing is based on the level of services that the homeowner selects, and the location of the home. The basic package for home inspections starts at $60/month. Management contracts with On Point can last 7-12 months depending on the level of services that Homeowner requires.
