Marc Bellora brings over 15 years of Property/Project Management experience to On Point Realty Management. Prior to starting On Point, Marc served as the Director of Property Management for Berkshire Housing Services, Inc. managing over 850 units. This portfolio included a wide variety of properties including elderly housing, condominiums, Low income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) units, as well as commercial buildings throughout Berkshire County. In his role as Director, Marc provided direct oversight to 11 staff members and was responsible for all aspects of management of the portfolio including financial management, oversight of renovation projects, insurance, resident services, and leasing. The properties within the portfolio have systems ranging from elevators and fire sprinkler systems, to those with pools, tennis courts, and marinas. Marc has extensive expertise in working with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, engineers, contractors, and the community. He has worked effectively with condominium Association Boards of Directors, Owners, and residents alike. Marc prides himself on responsiveness and excellent customer service.
Marc is a life-long resident of Berkshire County and lives with his wife Jayne, and son Nicholas in Lanesborough. He enjoys coaching youth baseball and football, fishing, mountain biking, and gardening. Marc graduated with a BA from Ithaca College with a concentration in Economics and Environmental Science. He then obtained his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.
