If you require billing and accounts payable support we can provide those services as well. Our vendors are thoroughly screened and have a proven track record of multi-unit financial management, budgeting, and planning. Their industry expertise will ensure proper allocation of funds and detailed recording of transactions. On Point Management takes it a step further and coordinates accountants for your Federal and State tax filings.

Building and Grounds Management

We provide facilities maintenance for all of your needs, from lawn care to snow removal and everything in-between. With a minimum of twice weekly visits from a trained professional on our staff (and oftentimes the owner of On Point Management) you will be confident in the fact that your community will receive the attention and service that it deserves.

 

On Point will be sure to protect the Board and Owners by properly documenting all insurance requirements for vendors and naming all parties as an additional insured prior to any work commencing.  We will hold vendors accountable by inspecting the work prior to payments being made.

On Point Management provides round the clock response availability for any and all facility related emergencies. And for those times when something unforeseeable does happen, our extensive experience with insurance claims, roof repairs, exterior/interior painting and staining, driveway sealing, paving projects, and major capital project, will help solve any issues that might occur.

Building-management

  • Specification Development for Vendors (Scope of Work/ Request for Quotations)

Administrative Management

On Point administrative services will ensure the smooth operation of your community by proactively communicating with Board members and the community, to quickly address complaints and provide conflict resolution as required.  We can work with the Board to create policies and enforce rules and regulations as necessary.  A professional member from our team will attend any necessary meetings with Trustees, vendors, regulatory agencies and unit owners.

On Point administrative services include accurately documenting all communication, condominium transactions (6D), maintenance schedules, maintaining insurance policies, as well as all records in accordance with the organizational bylaws, and preparation and mailing of notices and packets for Trustees and Annual meetings.
